Aurora College's Continuing Education courses provide Northerners with the opportunity to develop new skills or improve existing ones. Subjects are professional in orientation, such as Management Studies and Safety Training and Certification, while others are general interest programs.

This St. John Ambulance course includes Standard First Aid with CPR Level C (adult/infant/child) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED). It is for those who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies in the home or workplace. A variety of topics are covered, from basic cardiovascular and breathing emergencies, CPR Level C and prevention of disease transmission, to more severe sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.

  The purpose of this course is to train operators in the theory and practical skills in the operation of Class 5 motor vehicles, as well as providing a course to assist in developing a good driving attitude and driving habits.
